Returns and Warranty

Online Purchase Returns

If you purchased your dashmoto® directly from us (at dashmoto.us) you can return your dashmoto® within 15 days of receiving your purchase with proof of purchase.p

All returns will be subjected to return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. p

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that these refunds can take 5-10 days to appear. p

If 15 days or more have passed since you received the unit, we cannot offer you a refund or return. You are still eligible to be covered by the 1 year limited warranty/happiness guarantee which covers warranty replacement, but does not qualify for a refund. p

Submit a Return

1. Submit your claim: Send an email to care@dashmoto.us with your name, order number and reason for returning.p

2. Pack your item: Securely package up your item(s). please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.p

3. Send your package: Once you submit your claim, you’ll be given a Shipping Label to print or present at your chosen drop off point. p

4. Receive your refund: Once your package has been received and reviewed at our return location, we will refund you to your original method of payment. Please note that these refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to process. p

Warranty

We stand by our products and provide a free one year warranty (not including wheels and brakes).p

We repair or replace your dashmoto® for up to one year from the purchase date as you are in compliance with our warranty terms and conditions. Read the full terms and details here.p

Repair: Should a small issue arise, we send out replacement parts and guide you through the processp

Replace: in the rare occasion that the dashmoto® needs a full replacement, we'll send you a replacement dashmoto®p
