dashmoto® Returns Policy
Online Purchase Returns
If you purchased your dashmoto® directly from us (at dashmoto.us) you can return your dashmoto® within 7 days of receiving your purchase with proof of purchase.
All returns will be subjected to return shipping fee of $250 which will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We ask that you do not ride for more than 1 mile to minimize the restocking fee, otherwise restocking fee of 5-20% may apply, based on the return condition.
A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that these refunds can take 5-10 days to appear.
If 7 days or more have passed since you received the unit, we cannot offer you a refund or return. You are still eligible to be covered by the 1 year limited warranty/happiness guarantee which covers warranty replacement, but does not qualify for a refund.
Submit a Return
1. Submit your claim: Send an email to care@dashmoto.us with your name, order number and reason for returning.
2. Pack your item: Securely pack your item(s) for return. Before sealing the box, please take photos of the contents inside and of the packed box itself. Email these images to care@dashmoto.us for verification
3. Send your package: Once you submit your claim, you’ll be given a Shipping Label to print or present at your chosen drop off point.
4. Receive your refund: Once your package has been received and reviewed at our return location, we will refund you to your original method of payment. Please note that these refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to process.
Warranty
We stand by our products and provide a one year warranty (not including tires and brakes).
We repair or replace your dashmoto® for up to one year from the purchase date. Read the full terms of our warranty here.
Repair: Should a small issue arise, we send out replacement parts and guide you through the process
Replace: In the rare occasion that the dashmoto® needs a full replacement, we'll send you a replacement dashmoto®.
